Tascarini Fine Arts

A member of the American Society of Portrait Artists. As a workshop and private instructor, Tascarini has taught throughout the United States, Germany, and Canada. Formal art education was received under the Masters; Roger Meadway, Daniel Greene NA, and Thomas Buechner. As well as having work in private, corporate, and museum collections, Tascarini has had the honor of being the only artist commissioned to paint the portraits of each Governor of New York State and all of the first Governors of the USA (commissioned by W.E. Morrison & Co. for the Governnors Hall of Fame Collections.)

Portrait Pricing

 PASTEL and ACRYLIC

Head and Shoulders approximately $750
Three Quarters or with hands approximately $850
Full figure approximately $950
Additional subjects, or pets in same portrait 75% addition to above prices
Complex background or clothing $75 - $150 additional



Commission Terms
A deposit of 25% is required when the commission is agreed upon; the balance is due prior to shipping or upon delivery. Digital previews of completed painting to be shipped are available on request. Requests for minor modifications in the finished painting will be honored. My goal is complete client satisfaction. I want you to be thrilled with your painting and treasure it for a lifetime.

The completion time of portraits in oil varies between one and six months. In pastel and acrylic, a portrait is usually shipped within 6 weeks of commissioning.

Pricing does not include photo shoot fees, photographic prints, travel expenses or shipping and handling.
